We provide a number of different services at the shop: tying classes, casting lessons, beginner's fly fishing classes, as well as booking both local and international fly fishing expeditions. Whether you're headed to the Berkshires or the Bahamas, we have the clothing and equipment to outfit you for a comfortable and successful trip.

At Concord Outfitters, the faces behind the register are the same faces you'll see crawling around our local streams or fishing the surf for bass and bluefish. Andy, Melissa and Miles, have been fishing New England for over thirty years and if you don't find them in the store you'll find them out on the water testing gear with the hope to better advise you for your next outdoor experience.

Maybe you’ve seen others doing it and always wondered how to get started. Or perhaps you’re a fly fisherman already but would like to sharpen your skills. This is your chance!
Through the class, you will acquire a sense of how to approach fly fishing – by learning the equipment, how to tie the essential knots, read water, understand where the trout will hold, and the basics in entomology. Part one of this class will be held at the shop on one of designated Thursday evenings for about two hour and a half hours; and part two of FF101 will be a lesson in casting, as well as important catch-and-release techniques at a local stocked pond on the following Saturday. Cost of the class is $150. Encourage your friends to join you in this passion (or sickness, depending on who you ask!). This class is a great way to get outdoors and appreciate our local fisheries, as well as make some new friends with a similar interest.
Stop in and sign up for one of the upcoming classes before it is too late!
